Our 2nd Belt further introduces the fundamentals of our Kung Fu program. Deepen your foundations! Progress with stance work and movements form our style, learn new kicks and punches and develop combinations of techniques. Additionally learn the keys to defending against straight punches along with one of the key elements of Chinese martial arts - 'Na' or coiling. Use this to defend against people grabbing your wrists and also to build technique and strategy for future skill development in later grades.
