Yellow Belt introduces our 1st Sequence - Luan Bu Chuan, White Crane Fighting Forms and 2 person Shang Xia Zhi routine. At this level we introduce Kicking combinations, additional Tan Tui routines and further develop self defense skills against grabs and how to work close range striking and defensive skills. Chin Na (Seize and Control) is also introduced for the first time in our program and will teach 1 of the 4 key categories of Chinese Martial Arts.
